Chandigarh is the best starting point in India for the Spiti circuit — one day closer than Delhi, straight up NH5 into Kinnaur's cliff-hugging roads, the ancient monasteries of Tabo and Key, Kaza's high villages, a night under Chandratal's stars, and out via Kunzum Pass and the Atal Tunnel. Seven days, zero repeated roads.
We run Spiti the responsible way: SUVs only, drivers with multiple Spiti seasons, fuel and acclimatisation planned (Kaza sits at 12,500 ft), and honest weather calls — if Kunzum or the Gramphu road misbehaves, your driver has the experience and the buffer plan. That's what you're really booking on this circuit.
Best time: June to mid-October for the full circuit. Book early for June–July weekends.

Kinnaur's rough patches, water crossings and the Gramphu stretch genuinely need SUV clearance — we decline sedan requests for Spiti for your safety, not upselling.

Indian citizens need no permit on this circuit. Foreign nationals need an Inner Line Permit for the Tabo stretch — we guide the process.
