How booking works
1) Call or WhatsApp your pickup point, destination, date and time. 2) We confirm car, driver name and the fixed total fare in writing. 3) Driver arrives 10 minutes early; pay by cash or UPI at trip end. GST invoice available on request (5% GST applies with invoice).

One-way trips: a token advance confirms your booking (amount depends on trip value). One-way advances are non-refundable.
Tour packages: 10–20% advance confirms the tour (depends on tour value).
Tour cancellation: 15+ days before → 100% credit note for a future trip (in booking person's name) · 5–14 days before → 50% credit note · on the spot → no refund. (Genuine emergency? Talk to us — the owner reviews such cases personally and may refund.)
Payment after pickup: the owner guides you — pay the driver or the company account only as the owner instructs.
