What we collect
We only collect what you give us to arrange your trip:
- Your name and phone number
- Trip details: pickup and drop location, date, time, number of passengers and car type
- Anything else you choose to tell us in a call, WhatsApp message, our online booking form, or a Google Ads enquiry form
Our website also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads to count visits and see which ads bring enquiries. These tools use cookies and do not tell us who you are.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, quote a fare, confirm and run your booking, send you driver details, and contact you about that trip. We do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only the driver assigned to your trip receives the details needed for pickup (your name, phone number and pickup point). We never sell, rent or give your details to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep booking details only as long as needed for the trip, billing and GST records required by law.
